The web-based software Production Kit is an innovative solution designed for a better workflow and an efficient
project management, especially when dealing with company wide or distributed content creation. This can be the
case, if for example more than two parties are involved in an international co-production.
The software is setting the organizational framework in which any user-defined process (in consecutive production steps)
can be displayed.
The program is collecting all data and information, relevant to the project and is managing them via the main database.
Complex production processes are partitioned in the “Milestones” and managed as workflows by the Production Kit.
The system is indicating each participant when to perform a certain task and which resources will be needed.
A process chain could be a design process of several characters, development of screen-plays or the production of background plates.
For the required production- and approval processes there can be unlimited,
user-defined states such as “not started yet” or “final approved”.
The current status is describing the present state of the process.
All information from the database can be read out via the Reporting Module and are available as individual project reports.
With the aid of the Reporting Tool it is possible to define a company- and project-wide reporting which is suitable for all
hierarchy levels and delivers the data relevant to the specific group.

This solution is a company-spanning workflow- and controlling tool, ideal for international co-productions
